The horse is a dead ringer for my ex sister-inlaw and the ape is my brother rays twin. Thanks for the blog it is refreshing to go on a site and just see the human side of things. Well, it's nice to meet you, Lisa! My name is Shawn. Thanks for the comments, and it's good to "talk" with someone who understands what I'm going through. Change isn't easy, but sometimes you have no choice, ya know? I'm not going to promise that I'll stick with it because who knows what tomorrow brings, but a good, positive attitude hopefully helps. I am such a moron! I didn't realize until I got your answer back that I hadn't completed my profile yet, so that's why you got the "walfordwench" name. Duh! I'm Lisa, so when I comment that's how it'll come across from now on! Geez!

Thanks for stopping by, Walfordwench2! I know I'm not the only one in this situation. For goodness sakes, the U.S. is the most unhealthy country there is, but it doesn't make it any easier. Actually, today my attitude is a little more positive since I wrote that post yesterday. It is 8:30am here and I have already gotten dressed, ate breakfast(which consisted of one egg, turkey sausage, a slice of cheese all on one slice of toasted bread), took a 1 1/2 mile walk, and did the supper dishes from last night. I'm going to show that doctor! And, if I happen to get healthier and feel better in the process, that's just bonus for me!

Last week I went to the post office to return my direct TV prepaid .
I didn't tape it up because the lady at the post office use to tape it up for me .
Well I get there and this guy was there and he looks at me and says ..You need to tape the box up !!
I said to him the lady who works here always tapes it up for me and he said well I don't see any tape here so you need to find a way to tape it up !
I was so pissed off the way he talked to me while there was other people waiting in line .

It is tough, Aries. As much as I always wanted to be a parent, I dread times like these. I think he's going to quit, maybe. We left the decision up to him. He must like it a bit because he's thinking about it. He has a tendency to not do things that require work, so I think this is the main reason he wants to quit. It's too hard. But, he saw the notoriety his big brother got doing the same sport, and he wants that too, and has the potential to have it. He's good at it already. I hope he doesn't quit, but if he does, I'm sure something else will come along that will pique his interest and hopefully he'll do well. Thanks for commenting!

It is tough being a parent at times like this. My son joined the takwando class when he was 9, got him the full uniform and paid the fees and after a month he complained that the training was too tough and his whole body ache after every session. He did quit but luckily, as for his scout, he had been a loyal scout till today at 17. We just never reminded him of the quiting incident and never label him as a quitter.
